True North employees are trusted to manage their jobs, work with customers and maintain timing on projects. If those things are maintained and kept at the forefront the employees can do with their time as they see fit. Some start early and quit early, others work on Saturday etc. Work schedules are dependent on each person and the needs of the customers that they serve.
