Prove the concept before you commit
Test equipment and early-stage development — working out geometry, materials, and manufacturability before the money's spent.
Find the problems while they're cheap
The cheapest time to find a problem is before production tooling exists. True North helps take an idea from concept toward something real — designing and building proof-of-concept parts and the test equipment to evaluate them, then defining geometry, materials, and manufacturability. Because the same team can design, build, and test, what we learn on the bench flows right back into the next revision.
It's a practical first step whether you're a company developing a new product or an individual with a concept to pressure-test. When a part is best made by 3D printing or additive, we'll source it; when it's better machined or molded, we'll send multiple options of trusted shops. The goal is an honest read on what's worth carrying forward.

Where our work has taken us
Twenty-five years of projects span a lot of industries. Some we live in daily, others we've visited once or twice, but the engineering usually translates: automotive & mobility, furniture & office furniture, consumer goods & housewares, medical & healthcare devices, packaging & closures, electronics & electrical, aerospace & defense, food & beverage, recreational & sporting goods, and material handling & logistics.
